According to HUD's RAD data, https://www.radresource.net/pha_data2020v2.cfm, as of October 2024, the “Commitment to enter into a Housing Assistance Payment” (CHAP) for this RAD conversion had been Awarded in January 2023; new HUD data from May 2025 breaks the project into a Historic Tax Credit (NY005012210, 330 units) and a Non-Historic Tax Credit (NY005010730, 593 units) line, both of which say Financing Plan Submitted.
