"College Avenue – East 165 Street, Bronx – NYCHA intends to dispose of approximately 12,000 square feet of surplus development rights through a zoning lot merger. The proposed TDR [Transfer of Development Rights] will facilitate an affordable housing development and generate revenue for NYCHA. NYCHA intends to submit a Section 18 application in 2019 prior to publication of the Final 2020 Annual Plan."
