Baseline Public Housing information is from the City of New York Open Data Portal dataset Map of NYCHA Developments.

Information about developments in the RAD/PACT program is based on NYCHA's PACT Projects list, last updated March 2024. Updates and corrections have been made by the NYCHA Real Talk team.

Development details are from the NYCHA Development Data Book Open Data dataset (last updated May 10, 2024). 

Public Housing Restructuring information comes from the NYCHA's Annual Plans and Significant Amendments and additional public sources.

Information about Urban Renewal designations found on individual properties is provided by Urban Reviewer available on GitHub.

Information about New York City Landmarks designations found on individual properties is from the City of New York Open Data Portal: Individual Landmarks, Historic Districts and Scenic Landmarks. Informatin about listing or eligibiltiy for listing in the National Register of Historic Places taken is from the programmatic agreement signed by NYCHA, NYC Housing Preservation and Development and the New York State Historic Preservation Officer in March 2018 and subsequent updates to that agreement between the agencies, produced to TakeRoot in response to a Freedom of Information Law request.
